i was a complete mess this morning. i got into work late, my computer started misbehaving (which is the norm, but this time it was worse than usual and the IT people had to troubleshoot my workstation for a few hours), and then i realized i had missed a 9:30am meeting. oops. good thing i had the meditation thing going for me. it really is calming.
i worked late because i didn’t get much done in the morning, then came home, watched downton, ate, and i just finished practicing for this week’s yoga class (i teach once a week at work on wednesday afternoons). i’ve been digging this yin-yang yoga class i take on saturday afternoons and i am so in love with my teacher’s style. i’m trying out a new sequence this week that is based on her class format. she also has great music! (the teacher is tanya b, of the yoga clothing line.)
